hii there if you have already money save that or exchange that into bitcoin the value of bitcoin is not stable but there more chance that bitcoin will be increases than drop the coin also the eth i can see potencial of the eth for sure it will be the one in this year.
the new people if they want to invest they should only invest in bitcoin because it is the most trusted and has the best chance of return.
all other altcoins which you want to trade needs some kind of background and knowledge of trading. otherwise a new person would just throw his money to the wind.
and about ETH that you so enthusiastically advertise i have to say it is one of the bad coins that i never suggest a newbie to invest in. besides ETH had its rises and now it is only experiencing dumps with an occasional manipulative small pump.
