how can I know what is the autochange threshold for the different coins and particularly for MYR
Well it depends time to time.
Minimum around 200 MYR is required to be sent to exchange site.
As exchange process is done by pool, exchange threshold is not limited by per account.
Every miner's coins are piled up and exchanged.
