I beg to disagree, although that is the way it should be but if you are gambling and your status in life belongs to the poor category, I think you do not have the privilege to gamble because the way to gamble is only to enjoy the game and only bet what you can afford to lose and poor people cannot even afford to buy for the basic needs.
