Im think yes you can participate the signature campaign and this is the final week.Signature campaign is still open for a new member.
if it's last week,and the last week just already running about 3 days,don't think he still can join the signature even he could he will not getting the payment fully maybe,but still worth a try to apply
Nope its third week of September only so you have one last week to join in this iconomi campaigns whether signature of twitter campaign but make sure that the campaign manager will accept you. Just good luck mate.
