not anyone, but people which want to make bitcoin as investment. its depend on the people, they want to make investment in bitcoin or not, we can't push them to make invest on bitcoin.

and i think, many people get wrong perception about bitcoin so they don't know what is the real bitcoin and what is benefit for using bitcoin. and they get only small info about bitcoin, beside that, there are many program affiliate that offering bitcoin as their payment but in the end that programs will scam people so people is just make judgement that bitcoin is wrong investment.
