please  help

my nsgminer-win32-0.9.2  not connect to the poool

i use this commande

nsgminer --neoscrypt -g 1 -w 128 -I 13 --gpu-engine 1000 --gpu-memclock 1500 -o stratum+tcp://s1.theblocksfactory.com:3333 -O A250.3:x

befor work 100%  BUT I HAVE 5 days  not connect to the pool

 it connect only to local host  127.0.0.1

please   help
