Just PM the Dev they will take care of you. If you can take the time to PM instead of post accusations you will get your coins. EXCL paid a Mining Pool for coins that didn't make it to Bittrex... So there is no scam or MORAL RIGHTS problem, you just have to give them what they need to swap you onto the new chain at 1:10 since your old wallet is 10x what the new market is. It doesn't make the coins worth less either, there are less coins and they trade now at 10x what they were trading. It is a wash and no losses at all.

Don't involve me in your scam accusations based on your sock puppet account, I just mediated your issue since I always liked EXCL and mined it early on. I totally see your side, but there are costs involved with coins. The coin should have just been abandoned and left you high and dry!
Is it really that bad that you have to bad mouth the coin instead of being constructive?
I attempted to be creative and make things work for the benefit of the coin and the users, I have made no money from EXCL and have never scammed anyone. Although, if my ideas get integrated I would love to be a part of the success of EXCL!

Coins cost money to develop and run. People mined the HELL out of this coin and took that money and left. Do you expect the new Dev to do buy coins from you and the market in order to have a stake in the coin they now saved with their infusion of BitCoin to keep it live?
You have a smaller percentage of coin now, it is still worth the same amount as it was at the split, even if the Dev has more they are not going to sell and crash the market. It is at the same valuation on the swap you just own less of the total coin, everyone knows this as a fact.
If the 49% PoS and 2% Dev fund works to infuse products into the market it will be a totally new concept to build on for a coin. It could revolutionize the markets. I started the idea based on your Conflict and Anger, if you hadn't come forward we wouldn't have the opportunity so thank you for the accusations it may actually build a better coin in the end.
