Is 0.00144 BTC/post will add to 0.004btc/week which means from 26 up to 149 posts will rate 0.00144/post? or simply all 149 post will
rate at 0.00144/btc?
2. How did you arrive of 0.00144 btc/post while double will give 0.00048btc/post?
First, 0.00144btc is greater than 0.00048btc. Second if you double 0.00144btc will be 0.00288btc
Hope this would clear some thoughts of the participants..

No, participants only get the weekly reward depending on their rank. If they have made at least 150 posts they will get paid in double. If they also wear an avatar they get paid 25 % more.
It was just a sample calculation about how much each participant would get paid per post if they post A) 25 or B) 150 posts. So if you post 100 posts instead of just 25 you get paid the same.
150/25=6, so you don't pay 6 times or more than 0.004 btc, but pay double, it means that you encourage people just post 25 during 9 weeks. Bad plan
There is certainly some truth in what you are saying, but we hope most bitcointalk users also make posts because they like to hang around here and not just to earn a bounty reward
So why bring up these 0.00144btc - 0.0027btc per post and 0.00048btc - 0.0009btc per post (which is basically not double of first)? It just confuse things..
Maybe to make simple of your update and bigger prize means:
Member: 0.0040btc/week x 9 = 0.036btc (req: 25+ posts for 9 weeks)
0.0080btc/week x 9 = 0.072btc (req: 150+ posts for 9 weeks)
and so on...
and to meet your double pay rate we will need 75posts per 4.5 weeks average or 17 posts/week
