So how do you figure out exactly whether 01 is Hynix/Elpida or 02 is Hynix/Elpida ?
I always assumed 01 was Hynix

In most cases it is.
But as mentioned before, not always.
This is mainly so when there are multiple tables. i.e for both Hynix and Elpida
