The only thing that I can think of is by just go out and looking for a other hobby that is going to help you for sure if you manage to find the right one for you.
If that does not help then you will have to get some help from a professional.

There is really no other ways than to make new habits in life like getting a new hobbies or outdoor activities with loved-ones and friends. If you will not keep yourself busy with other undertakings, then there is no way for you to stop and staying away from gambling, that is for sure.
Yeah I also agree only the things that you love more then gambling it self are going to help you come over it because the will help you to forget about it at certain times. It is going to be hard because of course there are going to be times where you are going to think about gambling but at those moments you have to be strong.
