Will every ICO investor gets ICONOMI VISA debit card or is there any minimum limit of investment or number of tokens necessary to claim it?Will shipping be paid by ICONOMI and will it work worldwide?
Yes of course as published in FAQ 2 applies to all participants ICO no special requirements

Each ICO participant will be able to receive debit card. Regardless of the amount invested. However, we'll have to set a threshold above which we'll be able to send it for free.
For example, we can't send it for free to someone who invested 50 USD for example.
