Be aware this member looks is trying to scam and steal something, second attempt happening almost at the same time, becarful, never trust your projects into no one, and worse someone offering something for free, i really believe he wanna get your blog or project for him.

Better to buy some cheap hosting, i know few hosting which only take 1$ per month for good space and bandwith.
