I agree that there is no safeway but i don't think reading chars on altcoin can help you.  Altcoin market is wild and unpredictable because of whales ready to dump their coins when profit is at hand.  some even manipulate the market making it real that the coin is really a hot coins and doing a good volume but the truth is that only  the one who set up that wall is buying  to himself.
