And some are still making upto BTC0.01 a day with their skills, so don't call faucet a waste of time as it is still one of the best ways if you are looking for free BTC...

Faucets are useful when those times when bitcoin just started up since they do quite collect bitcoin on large satoshis because the amount of bitcoin is not high compared as of now but if you just focusing on bitcoin faucets as of now which too unwisely to do since it would really waste your time and effort since you could do other such things better way off than faucets.

But the site owners faucets have lowered the reward for the faucet claims, they are not fair because they just look for their income.

Thats true, claimed amount are starting to decrease because bitcoin price is going high which they dont have enough money to supply their faucet site in the long run thats why some people or veteran members would never intend to collect from there. Newbie would surely go because of the curiosity in bitcoin but later on they would realise for sure when they already gained knowledge into some things.

The reason is they base the amount with the bitcoin and fiat conversion, it is just all about the value of bitcoin because bitcoin cannot survive alone without the support of the people who convert their fiat to bitcoin. Thought it is true that we can collect bitcoin in faucet but I would not recommend doing the tiring job.
