Well been waiting for a reply from Fortunejack about my account which my complaint started 05/02/2016 14:38:10 it is now 17/09/2016.

Dont you think they have had enough time to respond to my problem 7 months in total  Angry

I have very good experience with support so if your issue is still unresolved than you can ask from live person which is available on site and it is more quicker and fast way to sort out this one.

I have done all the steps that you have suggested but they have just fobbed me off.
