No, the domain was registered on the 14th July and that dev 'mpaycoin' tried promoting it as an exchange shortly afterwards. Having gained no traction whatsoever he then puts it up for sale on the 21st July, your account was created on the 26th July and immediately set about promoting the exchange and multiple ICOs you host on it for which the 'dev' accounts are also created the same day or the day before the ICO.

The domain hasn't changed hands since it was registered, ergo, you are mpaycoin.

We came to business on 14th July and we came to bitcointalk also on 26 july, Beside our exchange platform, we also provide White Label Partnership and support to dev for developing coins. Its not like only user from bitcointalk will come to us and ask for host ico or for make any new project, we got clients from many places. We have hosted only 3 Coins, which are below:

1.Yes we helped mpaycoin dev(no previous scam report) for his project and host his ICO, but main news, it was cancelled later, due to mpaycoin coding/wallet sync error. Final Result: ICO Cancelled, fund returned to user

2.Zlotycoin dev(no previous scam report) contacted us for his Project and ICO hosting, so we support that dev and asked to join on bitcointalk. We host its totall process. Final ICO Result: Suceess, 100% ICO taken by One Investor company, After ico it also listed on our exchange platform plus Zlotycoin supporter added it on NovaExchange

3. Current ICO- Asian Rupee, Dev from: Malaysia(no previous scam report): ICO- Running Well, 14+ BTC raised, ICO Participant, Some Investor Company and Many user from all around globe,
