I do not think that you understand how trading works. For every Dollar won by someone there is someone who lost that dollar. So it is not possible for everyone to dump the coins and get the money back.
You did not understand what he suggested.
He wants both the coins to dump AND his escrow money back
Well, it would be easy money for everyone that way. People would take part only to earn that way. Though it only works when someone other loses the wins. No money will be created somehow.
