I regret that I use the bitcoin that I bought to invest on a scam site. But I still think it is good if you will use it both as currency and investment.
Don't worry dude cause you are not alone, when I was new in this world I was also a victim of scam sites but I have move one and learn from my mistakes in the past, and now I am already happy with the my standing as I can invest already in legitimate business online.
These are all happens regardless of how you are using bitcoins. Investing into a legitimate business, will not assure you will not get scammed in future because a business may turn at any time.
But saving bitcoin as an investment must be more secure from my experience as no one will able to scam me if I have my bitcoins more protected and also in cold storage.

hard to prevent this , so just becareful choosing an investment place.
Even in the real world, there are a lot of scammers so this is just normal, we should be very vigilant here and make the right decision always, we can do that if we make the right research and do not just jump easily on any investment program we see, especially when the reward is too good to be true.
