After a month, the ticket has finally been resolved. It took multiple PMs to MICRO and Stunna, who have still not replied since, after giving assurance that it would be resolved "very soon" and acknowleding the ticket as a "top priority." Two tickets had to be created through the Support Ticket system. Nevertheless, the ticket has finally been resolved with a bonus added.

Mladen was the one to address both tickets. The first ticket, he stopped replying to after a few replies back and forth for whatever reason. The second ticket (same issue as the first ticket), however, was resolved within 24 to 36 hours of its creation.

Moral of the story? Create multiple tickets...

And yes. If you dont get reply or stop getting replays its good idea to make new ticket after 48 hours.
Sometimes zendesk gets weird and we don't see your latest reply to ours email.
