0.02BTC is low amount but it is better than nothing.. I have saved nothing. but now I am preferring to earn some from bounties etc.
0.02 is good to start altcoin trading.. you can start altcoin trading with less amount this is the most nice thing of that. and you can grow your saving..

Don't lose hope, that is a good start, if you can save that amount that already mean that you are interested in venturing into bitcoin investment, there is always a way to increase your savings and that is but continuously putting an amount in a regular basis until you can accumulate a decent amount.
