I just tried withdraw 3500USD to my Panin Indonesia USD bank account and received 3,432.83USD.
Why is the fee is so expensive?? The fee is almost 2% of my withdrawal amount.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll notify our withdrawal processing team to find out.
As it happens, QUOINE's fee for USD withdrawals is only 5 USD, so the rest is entirely bank fee, taken by the bank.
If you could make an inquiry at your bank to see if they took any fee upon receiving the payment, it could also help explain.
