Keep in mind that WU charges exorbitant exchange fees for certain countries so this offer only applies to receiving funds in Canada. From your post history I am assuming you are in Malaysia, WU's current exchange rate is $1 CAD = 3.095 MYR which looks like 1.75% from spot; any fiat currency exchange fees would be absorbed by you.
