No thanks I am actually not that desperate. If I can't get it done within a few hours I will just withdraw the funds since I now have enough funds to withdraw.

It is the third rate trade and I believe we only have done one trade before so yes that is the rate.
If you find someone that can do it less for you right away then let me know. I would like to do an exchange with them too.
All exchanger sites I know of charge 20% and more for paypal transacts.
I am not paying crazy fees because I can withdraw the funds anytime I want, I just don't want to wait till next week to receive the funds, If I can't get anything around 10% I will withdraw the funds and wait the entire week, not that big of an issue either way.
I can send to you at 13% if you want to do this right now as I just got payment from my campaign and it is still in confirmation, so should be available in the next 20 minutes to send to you.
I don't mind sending first since I see you have dealt with several people that I have deals with in the past using paypal.
