I think genesis mining is a legit one. It's the only cloud-mining site tagged by badbitcoin.org as "safe" to invest.
As i know Genesis-Mining is safe cloud, but OP asking about profitable cloud mining servie. If you check their official thread, you can find a lot complains that GM is not profitable anymore.
