It is true, we do need to be established in China.  China has ²/₃ of the world population. ETC needs to have ²/₃ of it's hashrate and investment in China if it is to be as established as bitcoin. Moreover, they produce all the GPUs, phones and US army boots   and will dominate before too long.  They are even building Nuclear powers stations in the UK and drilling for oil in the North Sea.
