The campaigns will be based on referral (i.e., the outcome) not how many retwitted, etc..
It would be ideally based on the direct count of how many smartphones creating a Coin(O) web wallet/mobile_only.
This is not to say that I am against Desktop use of webwallet.-which could be duplicated/multiplied fairly easiy in
such as any faucet programs and has nothing to do with facilitating mobile uses. And there are already faucet programs both for
mobile and non-mobile use.

I am still designing on How to achieve this.

Therefore, no direct bounty campaigns except Translation and accompanied thread campaigns are in my mind at this moment.
