For anyone else who wants to exchange and for future trades with me:
Do not send your payment as goods and services.
They put a 21 day hold on the paypal payment and ask me to verify that I shipped the goods and to post the proof of delivery of the item.
I am not doing this, so there is nothing for me to wait to ship.

Send as friends and family only.
