OP, I am sorry to chime in here, but you are a Hero member and the behavior you showed here is one of the reasons us lenders get so many issues from other borrowers.  You went on for days about making sure you are ready to pay back, you were just waiting for the lender to get back online.  Then when  you go to do the escrow you had to wait a week to make that escrow payment.  What if the Lender would have gotten online at the beginning?  You would not have been able to pay him because you did not have the funds available if he would have gotten online.  So next time, if there is one, don't start an argument and claim you could not pay because the lender was not online; for the main reason you could not pay was because you did not have it at the time.  Good luck in the future, but I think you just killed any chance you have of getting another loan here again without collateral.
