Where do we buy into this crowdfund? I can't figure out where to find the ICO website page. Do we just download the wallet and buy from there, or is there a pre-sale page. Can I even send "real" ether to my singular litewallet at this time? I am a little confused here.

Yes, ETH can be sent/received to the SingularDTV Lightwallet now and stored there as well. I've been using the SingularDTV Lightwallet for several months. I tend to use it personally as a "hot" wallet and store larger amounts in Mist or in Icebox cold storage.
