my question wasn't actually answered... will we still receive dividends if don't withdraw out Iconomi tokens from the ICO platform? Does anyone know?
the ETH address you give Iconomi.net will be the one recieving everything, unless you transfer the ICN to another ETH address, then it gets the dividends... The dividends follow the tokens, wherever ETH address they go to, including exchange accounts... who tend to keep many tokens in cold storage, so keep that in mind at dividend time.So the exchanges can potentially keep the dividends? That's not good for trading, because who's going to want to keep their coins at an exchange.
That would actually be a pretty good news for the tokens' worth if everyone just hodls them.
Anyways, I think exchanges are going to figure out a way of splitting the dividends to ICN token holders.
Definitely doable, just look at what they did with the ETC distribution to ETH holders.
