We thought it was time to try and clear things up in terms of the current situation.
Many of you are wondering what 'One' is, and how it relates to CloakCoin. Our vision when taking over the Cloak project always involved it evolving into something more than just another anon-coin (albeit with an attached market). We wanted to make a self-sustaining system that rewarded users fairly for activity such as creating and sharing information, goods and services or other related activity. That in essence, is One - A community or communities featuring forums, markets and digital goods. Powered by Smart Contracts that oversee the running of the system and reward users according to their activity and actions. It's hard to label, but think of it as an implementation of Digital Democracy / Volunteerism. A decentralized global network, comprised of distinct, self-governed communities...
We should point out that none of the team is currently working on One or other new crypto projects, we simply don't have the time at present. We're in a less than ideal situation due to continued lack of funding for development, which has severely hampered progress, especially of late. Altruism and white steeds can only carry a project so far, and without a proper development budget, our developers are busy with day-jobs and don't have the time to take Cloak further.
