If you think Bounty is enough to dump the ICN price then you got it wrong.ICN cap is over $12M and only bounty tokens is not enough to down the price. Of course ICO participants will never sell their tokens bellow the base price.so forget your dream.
Thats right dev already expecting those bounty dumpers so i guess it will not hurt much even they will dump what they have i know participants expect more and allow the dev to progress with this project.
