I think most people wouldn't mind Paypal since it's pretty easy to get an account and hide it from your partner/family.
Credit cards are different, can't keep hiding the monthly statements that come through mail.

That said, most porn websites only offer CC payments, usually not even Paypal.
In those cases it would be quite beneficial if they would all include Bitcoin payments.
