Or does it say to buy a BFL single and sit back?
Not both - it involves online marketing via affiliates and some greyhat pushing of the sites involved. I'm fairly sure I've read such guides before over digitalpoint and/or talkgold.
The package comes with the codes and material needed to start you off, including a few scripts and website base. I'm not going to discuss the legality of the scripts as it's not advertised publicly. The tutorial is quite conclusive - a 50 page material including the photos and such. I agree with gweedo above as the price is too high at 2, and probably at 1 too. However, I'd conclude it's not a scam and it indeed saves you time starting off if you want to do online marketing and is inexperienced in this. I'm not too sure about the the actual effectiveness for the claims involved as I haven't tested it, and probably will not.
