It won't work. Look at the drug wars in Mexico and central America. A lot more people dealing drugs kill each other. It's a much more dangerous game over there. Has the possibility of getting murder stop it? No. there's a lot of money to be made.

Expect to have more pinoys actually. He recently asked TelCo companies to set up free wifi zones to public places in the country. This will give the rest of the pinoys to have access on the internet for free and might just clam here aiming to accumulate more btc. 
Free WiFi is OK. But to browse the internet, you need a smartphone or a laptop. Is he having any plans to distribute laptops for free? He can import used and discarded laptops from the US.
Probably not possible as of now. he despises US in fact he wants the US troops out of the Philippines and establish alliance to China and perhaps Russia

Hmf ? about the drugs, I am not sure if it is really going to be completely free. Although the campaign to stop drugs is really aggressive. Still, they cannot monitor all people if there is a transaction in drugs. Maybe they will annihilate drugs but not completely.
No in terms of WiFi problems in the Philippines. I think they should focus first on making our internet speed faster and cheaper and prioritize first those who are paying to have an internet connection before establishing free WiFi zones which will just add to the peers that consume SLOW internet due to lack of towers for distribution of signal to different places in our country.

Well thats good for the country because people now a day are enjoying in surfing in the internet not by just earning the money but because they know what is real happening now in the world. They are not blind now unlike in 19s which people are educated and open minded person.
