How come hes defending the witness he presented during the senate hearing ? shes the senate head of the hearing ( don't know exactly the term ) and he must be neutral not to be the lawyer of the witness.
De lima is against the president even before the president has run the presidential elections, now that duterte is in the power de Lima will be investigated and he will file a charge against here.

But I think she's really just throw anything she can at the president just to put him down.
