You are thinking too low for Bitcoins and that will never take place unless some real shit presses the wrong button and sells all his coins to get out of the markets, but still it would take a lot of courage and BTC both for it to reach $400...
This is still the right price to buy as it is floating in between and we ain't seen a new ATH yet...
