Many people don't love to investigate and learn about new things, so they rejects everything this is not very popular or "must have". Others are very scared to invest in something volatile as bitcoin. Fear is greatest enemy of bitcoin (fear of losing money, fear of hackers..)
At first it will be like that but as it goes on learnig more about it then it escalates to a view that everything is good at the end. They will never know until they got suckes in bitcoin industry.
