since you have a separate form for blog posts and hence you just ask blog address so how you will know whom to pay the ico ?

That is correct! It comes in the last week of ICO and u will have about 2 week time to claim blog bounty via hash u'll place in the blog.
Can someone from the Iconomi Team please elaborate on this, the instructions here are not very clear on how to link blogs to ICO accounts?
