I still don't get what you can use FLDC for 
I guess you can excange them for BTC :-)
Anyway, here is my question:
Do I need Counterparty wallet or can I simply use the Poloniex address, provided that I use only "_FLDC_" and not "_ALL_" as part of my F@H username?

Please do Not use poloniex or any other exchange address for folding as any merged tokens like MAGICFLDC will be lost and cannot be recovered!
