No, that's a outright lie and not the reason for which you were banned. Some of us were discussing Ritalin in a peaceful manner, prior to us knowing that
it was against Freenode policy. After everyone was explicitly warned about this from one of the channel operators the topic was ceased, but you ignored the warnings and ended up doing several *weird* things. You were banned for the reasons listed by Mitchell in that image (explicitly that horrible comment and the threats to minifrij and/or others).
