I think you should rank up your rank first because I see nowadays signature campaign only accept member as the participants.

besides, the slots are already full and there are only slots for higher ranks. so keep spirit.

Yes nowdays its becoming more and more difficult to be accpeted in the signature campaigns as the users have increased and nowdays campaigns are only accepting higher rank members and must have a excellent post quality atleast other wise fair or normal post quality users are not being accpeted even if they are a Hero Member.

That is right, mostly campaigns are rejecting users with poor post quality even if there rank is Sr. member or above but if they have a very bad post quality they wont be accepted in the campaign, and inactivity is also something being considered in some campaigns these days.

Yeah its true ,.some Campaign manager chooses the excellent or good quality poster and they not choose a poor quality poster even you are senior member and up.
