Just because someone is absent for months on end does not mean anything.
I have been absent for nearly 7 months just out of having a social life but now am back on.
So what of it?
Life out side of forum is yours and yours alone. Screw anybody who says otherwise unless they have an open loan out on them.

All very true indeed - I had some six or seven months away from BitCoin Forum as well, thankfully none of the trolls came on to suggest the account were hacked or bought in that time (not the least of which my ongoing association with the people and Alt coins that I was mingling with before my break upon my return.)
It's only concerning when there are unresolved financial obligations that haven't been settled before a person becomes absent that it becomes noticeable and/or concerning.
