I dont think it will drop below 400 in the next 8 months.

It is not smart to sell everything at once because the value of the Bitcoin can always go up again, that means that you still can make more money.
But if you have just sold them all then it is not possible, you should always save some instead.

But bearex was right, Bitcoin was only rising from the time he posted. And I think he wasn't suggesting selling everything because if one thinks BTC will rise in the near future it's illogical to suggest selling all of your coins now.

Exactly, that's the point there if you believe this is not yet the highest price bitcoin can achieve maybe we should wait a little longer before we sell our bitcoins, we will surely make more profit but if you are in need of your money then you can still sell for a profit.
