Can you submit new ticket?
Why is the reason behind it? You can't access old support tickets? They become outdated after some time or something?
Is it really good policy to create multiple support tickets for the same issue?
That's pretty much what I have been doing in the past. When a ticket has taken a while to get answered I just made a new one and linked to the old one. They really need to hire some tech support people to answer all these tickets.
