There are many hosting providers which will offer you unlimited bandwidth for example:

- https://www.bacloud.com/en/hosting - $3.91 month/unlimited transfer 30GB SSD diskspace.

and here you will have unlimited space and bandwidth for $4.50/month:

Of course these are all bitcoin friendly hosting services.

Steadyturtle.com also who offer unlimited bandwidth and data storage.

All the ones added above seem to be quite good options though.
