I've been getting "Error 523 Origin is unreachable" from CloudFlare when trying to access
https://en.bitcoin.it from Brazil. People from a different country do not have this error.

Hello there,
Sorry to come back to you so late. I can find traces of this issue in our logs, however, an origin unreachable is usually not a problem on our side, but on the hosting provider that is not properly announcing routes to your origin, or has a badly configured network filtering device. The problem has been sorted by now on this occasion, but I would like to suggest you to contact your hosting provider if this happened again.
