Huey said something about game developers being able to reward players via ionomy but the conversation pretty much ended there. I'll be stopping by slack to ask more about that if I have time later this week.

I don't understand that statement. What does Ionomy have to be able to reward someone with? I'm reading about points systems and things similar to credit card rewards. Would be cool if there were some new, unique idea. But the whole project seems like bits and pieces of existing ideas frankensteined into an impressively inflated recovery coin / economy.

I think (and I'm completely speculating here) the idea is that ionomy will become uber cool and those "points" and IONs and other trinkets will be so valuable that the third party devs and their game players will want it very very much.

I know that doesn't answer your question. I'm turning into a whale apparently. Atomless whale. Non-atomic whale. Ewww.
