This lottery draw required a minimum amount of sold lottery tickets.
In general all tickets are sold till the countdown ends. However this draw did not
reach the minimum ticket sale. Therefore we refund all lottery tickets to every user
who participated in this draw

Important for a draw with a lot of tickets is that all orders/payments
are completed (!) before the countdown ends.

We are maybe lowering the min tickets for such lottery draws.
But so far most draws ended successfully with one or more winners.
