So i'll make a letter destinated to both of us and steam that you as the owner are granting the account access to me and you as the previous owner will not accessing, using, or conducting any activites using that account again.
rest of everything is alright. I am agree with all other conditions. but 35$ for this huge account is very low. can you please reconsider that? 35$ is only rate of 2 or 3 games of this..
